Monarch Housing's Ending Homelessness Team works with fourteen (14) counties in New Jersey to develop both annual continuum of care plans and ten year plans to end homelessness. In addition, Monarch Housing works to coordinate Project Homeless Connect in New Jersey. For more information click here.

This video, from the National Alliance to End Homelessness, highlights how communities across the country are decreasing homelessness among families utilizing prevention, rapid rehousing and targeted services.
