Project Management Team!

The Project Management Team at Monarch Housing Associates provides management and consulting services to Not for Profit agencies with the development of their supportive housing initiatives. The Team coordinates the site selection, design and construction process with the two Development Teams at Monarch.

Currently the Project Management Team is working on numerous projects in each stage of the development process. The goal of the Team is to complete projects on time and within budget, without sacrificing quality of the end product, the Home.

Allies Completes Supportive Housing Project

Allies Homes 2004 is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by Allies, Inc. The two homes will provide eight (8) permanent, affordable and supportive one bedroom housing units. Each home contains four bedrooms, and provides housing for persons with a developmental disability.

NJCDC’s Birch Street Apartments nears completion!

The NJCDC Birch Street Apartment project is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by New Jersey Community Development Corporation. When completed at the end of January 2008, the site will provide fifteen (15) permanent, affordable and supportive units for very low income individuals who are homeless with a mental illness. Every unit will have it’s own living area, as well as a kitchen and bathroom.

Alternatives builds supportive housing!

Alternatives Homes 2004 is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by Alternatives, Inc. This recently completed project provides seven (7) permanent, affordable and supportive one bedroom housing units in two single family homes. One home contains four bedrooms and the other home contains three bedrooms. Both homes serve persons with disabilities.
